1) Put time, care and dedication into getting every order right, every time. 

We may need to contact you with a proof of the embroidery file or print for approval before we create your order. Please look out for an email from us. Please get back to us within 24 hours to ensure we can meet our delivery turnaround time. Once we have received your approval, we will make and dispatch your order. 

2) We will dispatch your order within the 7 working day turnaround time 

We want you to receive your completed garments as quickly as possible. We will do everything we can to ensure your completed garments are dispatched within the 7 working day timeframe. If we are unable to do this, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to communicate any delays. 

Any alterations of your logo proof may increase delivery turnaround time.
