Shipments and returns
Your Unlimited Embroidery Order
Orders that require embroidery or printing are generally dispatched within 7 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer for us to use an alternate delivery method/company please contact us when placing your order. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Please note that alternate shipping methods may incur additional fees and alter expected arrival dates.
Orders that do not require embroidery or print are generally dispatched within 3 working days and the same postage information applies as above.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your order will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect contents.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We can accept returns of items that have not been personalised/modified with logo/text within 28days of purchase. Items must be in the original condition and packaging and the customer is responsible for return postage fees. Customers must inform us as soon as possible when requesting to return items.
We do not accept returns/refunds on orders that include either print/embroidery due to the personalised nature of the items.
